Aspire National Debate Championship (ANDC) is an annual national debate championship that convenes together the best 10 performing schools from provincial tournaments and 8 universities for a period of 4 days, with an aim to cultivate the essence of intellectual discussion through logical reasoning and creative argument, in aspiring young leaders. The championship embraces both World Schools Debate style for high schools and British Parliamentary format for universities.
The championship sets challenging motions that open students’ minds to the world around them, particularly global issues and current events, helps in case construction and broadens possible pitch strength of one’s argument.
